With us, after an accurate medical history, we take the first path together with the instructor, with guided machines, after which an exercise card will be made for the target to be reached. The card can last from 3 weeks to a month, 6 weeks, depending on the training to be performed. Until you get to use free weights. For more information, contact our experts.
